PIONEERING WOMEN

Pioneering Women is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is committed to empowering, encouraging, and improving the lives of women by connecting them to educational resources, organizations and/or empowerment opportunities, and providing them, where gaps exist.

Pioneering Women strives to help women reach their potential through a college assistance program, GED test reimbursement, and crisis support—which will improve their quality of life. As part of the group's efforts, a fundraiser is held each year to honor Southeast Texas women making significant contributions to the community.

This year's honorees include Michele Malonson, Janci Kimball, Tania Castelan, Maegan Collins, Fabiana Baum, GiGi Mazzola, and Judy Bettis, to be honored Thursday, August 1, 2024, 11:30am, Holiday Inn Plaza & Suites, Beaumont.

Testimonials

I am grateful for the opportunities that Pioneering Women has provided to me through the CAP program. Easing a financial burden for the cost of books helped me focus on my academic goals.
